Who We Are:

The Lancaster-Berks Construction Connection (LBCC) is a NextGen Partnership® of construction industry professionals in South Central Pennsylvania. We are an industry-led, community supported collaboration intended to stabilize and strengthen the construction industry in our region.

LBCC launched in 2019 with the support of the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board.

Our Structure:

We operate with:

An Industry Leadership Team that defines the mission, actively engages and recruits business leaders and holds everyone accountable for results, and periodically reassesses partnership priorities to ensure the partnership is focused on high-priority needs for the industry, working in collaboration with other industry members.
Industry members, construction business leaders who contribute to the partnership’s agenda through participation on Action Teams and attendance at full partnership meetings.
Co-Conveners who provide ongoing project management and administrative support to the partnership with direction from the Leadership Team
Support Partners who listen in to full partnership meetings to determine where and how they can contribute to industry’s agenda and then join partnership Action Teams to help implement industry-defined agenda through resources, expertise, connections, or project management support
